We highly advise using The Lockhart Tavern bookings system or using our contact form in advance for Sunday lunch to avoid disappointment. We recommend 2 weeks’ notice during the winter months and a month in advance for bank holidays and such.

Kindly note, we are a small pub! With only 13 tables, our indoor booking space is restrictive. We are very dog and family friendly, but we ask you to please be mindful of our limited space and your fellow diners. We always do our very best to accommodate everyone, but it can be a struggle to find room for large numbers of dogs and prams. Where possible, please leave prams outside (we can provide highchairs).

We always welcome well-behaved dogs, however they but MUST always be kept on leads and out of walkways.

The Lockhart Tavern is a family friendly pub and children are welcome, but they must always remain seated at the table under the supervision of their parents. We have lot of glasses and hot food in transit!
